Ingredients :arginine hydrochloride, flavors,anti-cakingagent: silicon dioxide;ascorbic acid (vitamin c), bulking agent: starch; sweetener: sucralose; pyridoxinehydrochloride(vitamin b6), dye: dried red beetroot juise. product may contein milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals, eggs, crustaceans.
Direction for use: ironflex experts advice taking 2,5 g (about 1/2 scoop) dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice.
